Welcome to our website.  Admittedly, these are difficult economic times we're living in.  As a S.C. Realtor®, I want to be part of the solution and help those of you who are having difficulty trying to either rent or sell real estate that you own.    

Thats why, in the coming months, I am going to be launching my new business called The HD Video Agent. 

In a day and age where the average home sits on the market  in excess of 6 months, you need to look into every avenue of marketing available to you to set your property apart from the competition.  With an above average number of homes on the market currently, anything you can do to get in front of as many potential buyers or renters is a plus.  Most Realtors® rely on newspaper advertising or pictures on the local MLS or a virtual tour composed of pictures pieced together with some music playing in the background.  The issue I have with that is that everyone is using the same method to sell or rent their property, so your just blending in with the crowd.  Also, the pictures don't give your potential buyer/renter a true feel of the "flow" of the home, which in most cases is critical.  Its also expensive to keep running those same types of marketing ads on a monthly basis.

What The HD Video Agent is going to do is provide you with a high quality HD video marketing solution.  It will be an HD video walkthrough of your entire home or business, giving your potential buyer or renter the ability to feel the "flow" of the home or business and know where each room is in relation to one another.  In addition, I will also upload your HD video to the top national HD hosting websites for added exposure, giving you access to a global clientele.  In a day and age where 85 percent of the potential buyers or renters begin their search for properties online, its almost a requirement to market your properties on the web.

This product will work for FSBO's, rental property mangers, commercial properties, vacation rentals, new construction, Realtors, resorts, B&B's, etc.

I will also provide 10 DVD's with your HD video order and make additional copies available to you, for a nominal fee.  You can use the HD DVD to help market your property and show your clients that you are serious about renting or selling your real estate.  It gives you instant credibility and will impress those "hard to please" clients!
